The Beach Man & His Umbrella, Cornwall, 2022  was captured on a scorching summer afternoon during a rare Cornish heatwave. A man shelters beneath his bright red umbrella, watching swimmers drift in and out of the tide — a small scene of leisure and quiet comedy beneath the wide blue sky.
